Evaluation Introduction:
This time, I have gathered seven Mijia smart switches with characters to make a comparative evaluation video for everyone. In this evaluation, we will compare various aspects such as the wall thickness, internal thickness, craftsmanship and appearance, panel color, number of relays, load capacity, button feedback, screen text, standby power consumption, and Mi Home automation conditions.

Price Ranking:
The switches we bought this time include three-way, four-way, and six-way switches. To control the variables, I will sort the switches according to the price of the three-way switch. The cheapest, number one, is only 69 yuan, while the most expensive, number seven, is over 300, even reaching more than 500 at one point.

Thickness Comparison:
The thinnest external wall thickness is number four, with the Pintou Xiong AK Ultra at only 7.3mm. The thinnest internal wall thickness is numbers two and six, with the Linptech E2 series at just 16mm. Such a slim internal thickness is not picky about any 86 base box and depth. In terms of thickness, the Pintou Xiong AK Ultra and Linptech E2 series have more advantages.

Details of Each Switch:

The number one switch is from a store called Xiaoleyou, which has three colors: black, white, and gray. The one I bought is black, and this switch supports up to four relays. The screen is concentrated in the middle, with a square shape, and the panel is made of PC material, with the indicator light printed on the back of the font, and the ordinary terminal is a top buckle type with unclear rated power.

The number two switch, the Linptech E2light, only comes in white. It supports up to three relays, with the screen concentrated at the top of the switch, a rounded rectangle panel made of PC material, with clear back printing, and the terminal is a pull-through type, which makes the contact with the wire more tight, with a rated load of 300 watts per route.

The number three switch is from Jixingke, with four colors: black, white, gray, and gold. The maximum number of relays is four, but the button count can reach six, and the additional two buttons can be turned into a wireless switch. The screen is concentrated at the top, with the largest area in the whole field, and the normal rectangular panel is made of PC material.

The number four switch, from Pintou Xiong’s AK Ultra, comes in gray and white, with a maximum of three relays. The screen is at the top, a rounded rectangle panel made of AG glass, with clear back printing.

The number five switch, from Komi Qi’s M20, comes in white, gray, and brown, with a maximum of four relays. The screen is in the middle, a rectangular panel made of AG glass.

The number six switch, Linptech’s E2 and E2light, are almost exactly the same, with the only difference being that the single route load has changed from 300 watts to 500 watts.

The number seven switch, from Pintou Xiong’s X7pro, comes in white, gray, orange, and pink, with a maximum of four relays. The screen is in the middle, a rectangular panel made of AG glass.

Craftsmanship and Feedback:
In terms of craftsmanship, the Linptech E2 series, Pintou Xiong AK Ultra, and X7pro are more refined. The number one switch has a very crisp sound and requires a greater force to press, with full feedback.

Text Display Effect:
Numbers one and five do not display text. In fact, the merchant played a trick here, and by scratching the middle screen area with a fingernail, you can see that there is actually a row of light beads underneath.

Standby Power Consumption:
There are two aspects of standby power consumption, one is the standby power consumption of the smart switch itself, and the other is the power consumption when the relay is closed. After testing and statistics, let’s look at the table directly, the lowest standby power consumption is numbers one and five, and the highest is number seven.

Function Experience:
The number one switch supports single click, double click, and long press. The number two switch supports single click, double click, and long press, because there is also a built-in human body sensor inside the switch, so it can perform the operation of turning on the light when people come and turning off the light when people leave.

Summary and Suggestions:
My final personal suggestion is, if you want a switch with characters, it is recommended to choose Linptech E2lite or Pintou Xiong’s AK Ultra.
